More on Superfoods

More and more information coming to light is that there is not a cut-and-dried list of foods that are so overwhelmingly perfect that their counterparts are reduced to nutritional back stage. It’s not JUST spinach, but other dark leafy greens are close enough in phytochemicals that they should be consumed just as often. I think in months and years to come, you will see “superfoods” expanded to “super food groups”. After looking at these reports, it’s easy to see that most raw natural unprocessed food can give you many nutritional boots. Variety is the key!
