Grillin

It may be cold out. It may be rainy. I could be blowing leaves everywhere.

But that’s no excuse!

Don’t hate on the grill just because the weather is being all mean and nasty. It does not mean the grill has to hibernate, too.

However..at some point I’m sure Stephen will agree to put a cover over it so the snow (bahahahahaha….snow in Alabama…..that’s hilarious) won’t get inside of it. And that’s why I used the last grilling session to make these lovely sticks of good stuff.

Kabobs. Chicken Kabobs.

Marinate the chicken in your favorite marinade. I used the following:

  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce. Did you know this has anchovies in it?
  • dijon mustard
  • spices—basil and thyme
  • Hickory salt

Cut the vegetables in the same size as the chicken.

Fire up the grill. Let them do their thing.

Just wear a jacket. Ignore the frost. The grill is not done yet.
