I’ve been a huge Erin Condren fan for about 5 years and have the planners to prove it. I love looking back at old pictures from my early years. Google “erin condren life planner” and click images and guess who has the first picture? This is from 2012-3013…I think. This is back when I just wrote in whatever pen I had handy and used a few of the stickers from the back of the planner. I’ve been blogging for about 6 years and One of my top 5 most popular posts is about my review of an EC.
And one of my earliest posts for Erin Condren even gathered their attention. This was way back before she was as popular as she is now.
I have to say, that made me girl scream for a bit.
A lot has changed in my planner world. I am almost at the end of my first year of planner decorating which means I spend about an hour every weekend with a load of stickers and pens and a great cup of coffee and a good movie and I plan. I roll out a cart full of tape and stickers and washi and pens. I plan out my week according to home, school (work), and blog. It’s a hobby that I not only enjoy, but I actually accomplish things, too. As my blog has really taken off, so have the deadlines for campaigns and writing assignments. I get stuff done and it’s a good feeling to open my planner and see the lists. I’m one of those that might add something to a list after I’ve already done it..but it wasn’t originally on the list. I’m sure there is a term for weirdos like me, but hey, I just flaunt it in bright color. Considering that I dress in all black 90% of the time for work (markers and glue and vomit do not stain black clothes. Kindergarteners are messy!), I get my girly color fix in stickers and planning. It works for me
And now it’s time to get another year of happy from Erin Condren. I’m going for the new Rose Gold edition because….it’s rose gold which is close to copper which is one of my favorite materials.
I’ll have more details coming up soon. We are currently about to pack a truck to drive to Colorado for a few weeks. Ordering my ECLP while riding across the country will be a first for me!
