Running

I started my running almost 6 years ago and haven’t looked back? I’m a slower runner, but I usually get to the finish line or back to the car. It ‘s how I control diabetes, keep my sanity, and maintain my sparkling personality. Ask anyone what happens if I skip a few days of running. My sparkling personality is the last thing they will tell you. Slightly cranky is what they will say.
