I’m still running. I’m just not posting much about it. I’m still working through the Crossfit Endurance plan for April, May, and June half marathons. I’m doing one short interval, one long interval, and one tempo/”long” run a week along with regular CrossFit strength workouts. Right now, just getting these done are kicking my tail. [...]
Running
I started my running almost 6 years ago and haven’t looked back? I’m a slower runner, but I usually get to the finish line or back to the car. It ‘s how I control diabetes, keep my sanity, and maintain my sparkling personality. Ask anyone what happens if I skip a few days of running. My sparkling personality is the last thing they will tell you. Slightly cranky is what they will say.
