Running

I started my running almost 6 years ago and haven’t looked back? I’m a slower runner, but I usually get to the finish line or back to the car. It ‘s how I control diabetes, keep my sanity, and maintain my sparkling personality. Ask anyone what happens if I skip a few days of running. My sparkling personality is the last thing they will tell you. Slightly cranky is what they will say.

Why I run with music-playlist included

November 21, 2011

I know running with music is not safe. I shouldn’t run with it on the roads. I shouldn’t run with music on the trails, either. I could miss the sounds of crazed psychos who stalk young women who appear vulnerable. I’m not being sarcastic about that. It happened in Georgia. She wasn’t wearing music, but [...]
