3 Thing Thursday-football, food, and pills

1. The heat has obviously scrambled my brain. I went to WalMart…in the middle of the day. If I must go to wally world, I do it before school when nobody is there or early on the weekend. Today, I ventured out and I barely survived. That place during the day is dangerous. While dodging carts and basically fearing for my life, I noticed something. It won’t be long. Just a few more weeks!!!

2. This is one of my top 3 favorite places to eat in Tuscaloosa. Zoes. This is the protein plate. Cabbage slaw, grilled chicken, and caramelized onions. Nothing with gluten and it is Paleo compliant. I could eat this every day. But since I don’t have a rich uncle waiting in the wings, I need to make a version of this at home.

3. I’ve been using these for a few months. I started them regularly before we went on vacation because I knew the odds of coming in contact with gluten was outrageously high. I was petrified of dealing with the results while traveling or climbing a mountain. Anyway, according to this article from the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology, I might need to continue taking them.
